Land Department releases, Bayut and Property Finder reports, the portals’ own indices, the press. Each figure links to the page it came from, with its date.
Nothing estimated
Where sources disagree we show both. Where no figure exists we say so instead of guessing — drive times, service charges and school ratings included.
Our own listings, separately
