When you send an enquiry or book a viewing, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number and message. If you choose to continue the conversation on WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under Meta's own terms. We do not collect payment details, identity documents or account passwords through this website.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, time on page, approximate location by city, and device type. Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. This data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify you personally. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, and the site works fully without them.
