What makes us different is accountability. The Stars Villas is our own project — we own it, and we built it through our Globex branch in Ajman: we acquired the land, built every villa, and we market and maintain them ourselves. When you deal with Globex, there is no middle layer: the company that built your home answers your call.
That changes what we can tell you. We can answer questions about construction, materials and timelines because our own people did the work, and we stay reachable long after the keys change hands.

Globex is founded in Dubai. AED 1 billion in transaction volume in the first year, international roadshows across Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
AED 1.3 billion in transaction volume. The team grows to ten agents and a second UAE branch opens in Ajman.
The Stars Villas — our own thirty-home community in Al Zahya, Ajman (seven villas and twenty-three townhouses), built through our Ajman branch — moves families in, while Globex facilitates one of the highest numbers of plot transactions in Dubai.
